Our premium bandsaws range from a simple 275mm pull down mitre saw up to a 1200mm twin pillar machine. The machines include manual, semi and fully automatic CNC aluminium bandsaws. 

Meber range of vertical bandsaws are made in Italy and primarily designed to cut wood but can be used for cutting aluminium sheets, plastic and composite, with a high degree of accuracy and excellent surface finish. 

This range will economically cut aluminium castings, plates and risers. Our heavy duty foundry Meber range of vertical machines are also used to remove rises from casting. 

 

Aluminium cutting machinery is often used for cutting sections of aluminium profile for manufacturing windows, bifold and doors as allow high speed straight and mitre cut. 

 

Bonetti machinery, made in Italy also, include range to cut large blocks of aluminium with motorised tables and able to drive the work through the machine. 

 

The Comet range comprises pulldown, semi and automatic circular saw and using tungsten carbide tipped blade to provide accurate straight and mitre cuts with a high degree of surface finish.
