Double-head cutting-off machine with tilting and rotating ascending blades for compound cuts. Heavily ribbed electro-welded steel basement. Left cutting head fixed, right cutting head with automatic movement controlled by software. Roller support on the right moving head. Selecta AL has 4 vertical pneumatic clamps and 2 horizontal pneumatic clamps. The cutting heads are controlled by a 15 kW motor at 1.800 rpm and are equipped with wide blades diam. 1.050 mm. Micro-drop cut lubrication. X-axis stroke 6.000 mm. X-axis movement on linear guides with ground rack. Pivoting angles: 40°-157,5°. Tilting angles 90°-135°. Electronic regulation. Possibility to work on profiles longer than the X-axis’ stroke. Operator’s interface on PC-Windows with 17” colour touch screen. The machine is equipped as standard with safety and protection devices in compliance with EC regulations.
