The DoALL TC-155NC is a high performance automatic circular saw designed for fast, accurate and efficient production cutting of bar material. Featuring servo driven bar feed and saw head movement, the machine delivers exceptional cutting accuracy of ±0.1 mm with excellent repeatability.
Equipped with hydraulic top and side clamping, automatic loading system, chip conveyor and PLC touch screen controls, the TC-155NC is ideal for high volume manufacturing environments re-quiring productivity, reliability and superb cut quality.
Main Features
Powder Brake – this design uses a magnetic powder brake system to eliminate vibration and drag during cutting. This gives superb finish and increases blade life considerably.
Three Point Clamping – Hydraulic side and top clamping make this machine perfect for very accurate squareness.
Automatic Loader – The Auto loader is a sturdy design which allows simple adjustment from a single convenient location. Coupled with the hydraulic lifting system it offers hassle free transfer of material from loading area to gripper vice. Saving you time and increasing productivity.
Servo Motor Bar Feed – Material movement utilizes a rapid and precise A/C ball screw system. This system is essential for tight tolerance on high production work.
Out of Stock Detector – The detector effectively adapts to variable materials. It works accurately even when material is rough or crooked. The side roller detector is easy in use.
Hydraulic Automatic Chute – The Automatic piece sorting system separates work pieces from trim cuts and bar ends, this extends the ease of unattended operation.
Powered Wire Brush Drive – The hydraulically driven wire brush helps extend blade life and can be adjusted to suit your cutting speed. This great feature increases blade life and gives you chip free components.
Control Panel – The machine is set through a user friendly touch screen and switch panel. Cut length, number of pieces and size of trim cut are all set from here. Plus the additional benefits of rare problem solving.
Compressed air Oil Mist Lubrication – A compressed air oil mist lubrication system not only extends blade life but it give oil free finished pieces. This removes the need for further cleaning operations and environmental disposal. (Requires plant air).
Servo Motor Saw Head Feed –The saw head uses an A/C Servo Ball Screw drive system which is rapid and accurate for perfect cutting every time.
Blade drive – It has a precise saw spindle with large helical gears. Speed is controlled by inverter drive.
