Powerful industrial bandsaw built around a massive dual column structure, with the saw arm running on linear guidance for outstanding stiffness and consistently accurate cutting. The heavy duty arm and rotary dual column support make it ideal for production cutting of large solids and sections, with mitre capability down to 60°. 

 

With an 8100 × 54 × 1.6 mm blade and variable blade speed via frequency converter (15–90 m/min), the machine is engineered for demanding materials, including stainless and tool steels. The exceptionally robust base and large vice loading surface deliver excellent stability, accuracy and long service life in busy production environments. 

 

Easy, intuitive control is via an ergonomic rotary control panel. In semi automatic mode, a single switch executes the complete cutting cycle: material clamp, blade and coolant start, cut, blade and coolant stop, arm lift back to the preset position, and vice unclamp. A high performance hydraulic unit allows the operator to set vice clamping pressure, while automatic regulation on both blade guide heads optimises feed into the cut for faster cutting, better accuracy, and extended blade life
