Steel universal tables – 400mm & 520mm roller width

High quality gravity roller tables and measuring systems for the HD range

of bandsaws but would suit most sawing machines. Rollers are made from

machined steel and fitted to bearing blocks.

L Table has 6 rollers as standard. The pitch is closer near the saw to cope with shorter pieces.

LS Table would be the extension table after the L table. These tables have 4 rollers per 2 metre table.

Working Heights: 755mm to 955mm

L Tables have roller Diameter of 58mm with a loading rated from 500Kg/metre to 600Kg/meter.

KO – Manual Measuring Device

Simple and effective length setting using a clear millimetre scale, designed for reliability in demanding environments available in 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m or 6 m lengths. The robust cast iron stop body, running on a precision steel guide, ensures accurate positioning and long-term durability.

Fully compatible with all L Range conveyors, the stop is manually adjusted for quick setup, while the tilting stop design prevents material pinching, protecting both the workpiece and saw blade for safe, consistent cutting.

KOD – Digital Measuring Device

Delivers precise and simple length setting with a clear digital display to 0.1 mm accuracy, available in 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m or 6 m lengths.. The robust cast iron stop housing, running on precision steel guides, ensures exceptional accuracy and long service life in demanding environments.

Fully compatible with all L Range conveyors. The stop is manually adjusted and securely locked, powered by long-life batteries for reliable operation. The retractable stop design prevents material pinching, protecting both the workpiece and saw blade.

CNC - Automatic feeding device

The CNC automatic feeding system delivers fast, accurate and safe automatic feeding of profile materials and light solid bar into many Alligator bandsaws. Built on a robust L 400 or L 520 conveyor with an industrial linear axis and guide, its servo drive provides high speed with 0.1 mm feed accuracy, while intelligent control adjusts feed to the material weight to prevent overload and protect the mechanism. A large, high resolution colour touchscreen on a separate control panel makes operation simple, with frequently used lengths storable in memory, and the push jaw can be fitted with a material specific clamp to stop movement.

KB – Vertical Support Rollers

They enable accurate guidance of the material between the jaws of the bandsaw vice and prevent the material from falling from the roller table

KV – Bracket with sliding support for vertical roller

Indispensable helper when cutting material in a bundle. Only for KB design conveyors with support vertical rollers.
