Alligator K Range Universal Tables

High quality gravity roller tables and measuring systems for the HD range of bandsaws, but would suit most sawing machines. Roller are made from machined steel and fitted to bearing blocks

K Range tables are ideal infeed or output table for a heavier bandsaw. These can be powered or non-powered conveyor tables.

Exceptionally solid and stable welded construction consisting of full sections and fitted with thick-walled lathe-manufactured steel rollers.

The greater the width of the conveyor, the bigger and tougher the overall construction, and the larger the diameter of the rollers as well as the shafts. Roller shafts are stored in adjustable steel sleeves with bearings.

The individual modules, 1 meter or 2 meter long, are mutually connectable and enable for adjustment of the optimal conveyor length.

The massive pull-out system allows for adjustable leg height in the range of 760 mm to 960 mm.

Wide range of accessories such as manual measuring, digital measuring, automatic measuring devices are available as well as automatic feeder systems.

K Table has 6 rollers as shown above. The pitch is closer near the saw to cope with shorter pieces.

KS Table would be the extension table after the K table. These tables have 4 rollers per 2 metre table

KO – Manual Measuring Device

Provides simple and effective length measurement using a clear analogue millimetre scale. The robust cast iron stop housing, running on precision steel guides, ensures accurate positioning and long service life in demanding applications.

The stop is manually adjusted for quick setup, while the retractable stop design prevents material pinching, protecting both the workpiece and saw blade.

Compatible with all K Range conveyors and available in two sizes to suit 400 / 520 mm and 650 / 750 mm roller widths. Available in 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m or 6 m lengths.

KOD – Digital Measuring Device

Delivers precise and simple length setting with a clear digital display to 0.1 mm accuracy. The robust cast iron stop housing, running on precision steel guides, ensures excellent accuracy and long service life in demanding environments.

The stop is manually adjusted and securely locked, powered by long-life batteries for reliable operation. The retractable stop design prevents material pinching, protecting both the workpiece and saw blade.

Compatible with all K Range conveyors and available in two sizes to suit 400 / 520 mm and 650 / 750 mm roller widths. Available in 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m or 6 m lengths.

KB - Vertical Support Rollers

They enable accurate guidance of the material between the jaws of the machine vice and prevent the material from falling from the conveyor.

KV - Bracket with sliding support vertical roller

Indispensable helper when cutting material in a bundle. Only for KB design conveyors with support vertical rollers.

KP – Conveyor with motor driven rollers

Motor-driven rollers enable easy and precise movement of mainly heavy materials.

Continuous selection of feed speed using a frequency converter enables smooth start-up and precise stoppage of the material being moved.

The portable control unit enables the optimal position of the worker while precisely moving to the required length.

Extremely stable overall construction as with all conveyors of the K system.

Conveyors are equipped with thick walled turned steel rollers with a width of 520 or 750 mm and corresponding diameter.

The roller shafts are housed in adjustable steel housings with bearings. The robust leg extension system enables an adjustable height of the conveyor in the range of 760 to 960 mm.

Individual, interconnectable modules with a length of 2 meters. To achieve maximum stability, the 2 m conveyor is equipped with two legs.
