DO – Manual measuring device

DO is a manual measuring system which is available in 2,3,4,5 and 6 metres

Provides a simple and reliable method of setting cut lengths using a clear millimetre scale. Compatible with all D Range conveyors, the stop is manually adjusted and securely locked in position for repeatable accuracy.

The robust hinged stop design prevents material pinching, protecting both the workpiece and saw blade while ensuring safe, consistent cutting.

DOD – Digital Measuring Device

DOD is a manual measuring system with a Digital Read Out (DRO), and is available in 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m and 6 m.

Delivers fast, accurate length setting with a clear digital display to 0.1 mm precision. Easily fitted to all D Range roller tables, the stop is manually adjustable with a simple locking mechanism and powered by a long-life battery.

The robust hinged stop design prevents material pinching, protecting both the workpiece and saw blade while ensuring consistent, repeatable cuts.

DZ - Material Storage

DZ – material tray for easier handling

DT - Bandsaw Connector

DT – adapters for connecting conveyors to individual Alligator HD Bandsaws.

DA1 / DA2 / DK - Cover Plate

DA1 – cover plate between individual rollers. Prevents short pieces from falling in. Length 56 mm. (depending on the arrangement of the rollers)

DA2 – cover plate between individual rollers. Prevents short pieces from falling. Length 163 mm. (depending on the arrangement of the rollers)

DK – tilting, removable material chute

For positioning the conveyor after the cut when serially cutting short pieces.
