Pedrazzoli Perris 350 AP AUTOMATIC SERIES
Italian built and compact. The Pedrazzoli PERRIS 350 AP is an automatic circular saw for light alloys, built for efficient production cutting of aluminium and similar non ferrous materials. It combines accurate angled cutting capability with an automatic feed system, programmable piece counting and pneumatic clamping, making it a strong option for workshops that need faster throughput, repeatability and dependable day to day performance.
Ideal for fabrication, window and door systems, aluminium profile cutting and general production work, the PERRIS 350 AP offers a straightforward and efficient solution where reliable automatic cutting is required.
Designed specifically for light alloys and aluminium
Automatic circular saw with two pneumatic vices clamping for secure material holding
Single speed, two blade speeds obtainable by inverting the pulleys
Head block rotation for angled cuts up to 45° left, 45° right and 45° off the vertical.
600 mm stroke controlled by pneumatic cylinder. Can be repeated up to 9 steps for a maximum feed length of 5400 mm
Programmable piece counter
Minimum scrap on final cut of 360 mm
Feeder speed adjustment valve
Balanced tilting head running on shielded ball bearings for smooth operation
Blade lubrication cooling system with membrane pump
Complete protection guard with rapid blade change system
Instruction book and maintenance wrench set included
Three phase or single-phase supply (230V, 50Hz or 400V, 50Hz)
