Alligator HD300 CNC AUTOMATIC BANDSAW
300mm vice feed fully automatic CNC bandsaw with mitre swing and ball screw feed
The bandsaw is hydraulically controlled via inbuilt motors, giving quick and trouble free operation. The solid cast iron bow is controlled by a highly sensitive hydraulic down feed system operated at the main 7” touch screen control panel.
The hydraulic vice clamping pressure is adjustable allowing thin wall tubing to be cut without major distortion.
Blade speed is controlled by a frequency inverter giving the correct cutting
speeds for all materials. Shuttle vice is fed with a ball screw system for fast and precise feeding of the material.
Number of cuts is pre-programmable, automatic cut out when desired number of cuts has been obtained, or, when the bar has finished, or, if the blade snaps.
Cut piece length is adjustable from 5mm up to 4900mm.
Re-circulating coolant system with independent electric pump and removable swarf tray. Option to have a screw type swarf extractor.
Display shows: Ammeter, Blade Speed, cut lengths, programme info and
simple controls for the basic functions.
Touch Screen Control
The 7” Colour touch screen controls and displays many functions of the saw to make this machine simple to use.

Optional Accessories:
Hydraulic Vertical Bundle Clamp: It is used to clamp the material during cutting in a bundle. It ensures reliable clamping using hydraulically controlled vertical pressure plates, working in a cycle with the entire machine. It is installed on both a fixed and a feed vice.
Chip Screw Conveyor: It ensures smooth removal of chips from the machine. This shortens the time needed to clean the machine, especially during serial cutting of solid materials, where a large amount of chips is generated.
Laser Line: A high quality industrial laser displays the cutting path on the material being cut. It makes setting the required material length much easier, faster and more precise.
Spray Mist Lubrication: It creates an oil mist that is injected into the cutting area. It replaces the use of classic cooling emulsion, especially when cutting profile materials, where liquid leaks outside the machine can occur. It is also possible to use ecological oils.
Magnetic Chip Separator: For particularly fine chips that have passed through the screens in the saw, a highly efficient magnetic separator is used. It saves time cleaning and dismantling the cooling path and extends the life of the cooling emulsion. This device is easily removable and can be easily cleaned outside the machine by simply sliding the magnetic bars out of the housing.
Chip Container: For easy handling, the container is equipped with wheels and a tilting chip container.
