The Carif 260 AUTO 4.0 is a compact automatic double mitre bandsaw designed for fabrication shops, engineering companies and general metal cutting applications. With a footprint of just 1.5m², the machine offers both semi automatic and fully automatic cutting modes, making it ideal for small batch work as well as larger production runs.

Equipped with modern Industry 4.0 software and a touchscreen control system, the 260 AUTO allows easy creation and transfer of cutting programs via USB or LAN connection. The machine also features precise material feeding with 0.1 mm accuracy, variable blade speed control from 15–100 m/min and double mitre cutting capability up to +60°/-45°.

Carif’s patented hydraulic bow feed system automatically adjusts cutting pressure to suit different materials and profiles, helping improve blade life and cutting performance. Additional features such as blade break detection, coolant system and optional measuring systems make the machine a reliable and user friendly solution for efficient metal cutting operations.

Double Miter cut -45°/+60° in Semi-Automatic and -45°/+45° in Automatic mode. Manual rotation. Two conical bearings in the head casting support ensure smooth, stable movement, independent of the planes on which the material is placed.

Potentiometer to automatic memorize the saw head, start cutting position.

Blade sensor. In case the blade breaks/slippers the machine stops after few seconds.

Sensor for detecting material presence/end during the automatic cycle.
