Metal cutting automatic chop saw

Italian built, fully automatic cold saw designed for fast, repeatable cutting of tube, box and sections. A 600 mm step feeder driven by a pneumatic cylinder can repeat up to 9 steps for a total feed of 5,400 mm, with a programmable piece counter for unattended batches. The machine uses a pneumatic vice with removable anti-burr device, a stepless speed variator 15–90 rpm and a 350 mm blade to deliver clean, consistent results. The

head mitres to 45° left, rides on self-lubricating bushings for smooth accuracy, and the minimum remnant is 160 mm to reduce waste. Safety and uptime are built in with a full guard and rapid blade change, E-stop with key, lockable main switch, and coolant with electric pump and easy-clean extractable tank.
