Automatic numerical control circular saw COMET ALU 350 CNC is a professional production machine developed to cut aluminium, light and non-ferrous materials with high precision and accuracy. Suitable for cutting tubes and full sections, with fast, repeatable automatic cycling for production work.
The machine performs cuts from 45° left to 45° right and can also cut inclined up to 45° for compound cutting applications.
Cast iron monobloc cutting head to reduce vibration during cutting
Vertical pneumatic piston for improved material locking during the cutting cycle
7 inch touch screen display with simple, intuitive interface for setting and controlling machine parameters and viewing errors
Automatic mitre stops at 0°, 15°, 30° and 45° on both left and right, plus locking handwheel for any intermediate angle
Two pneumatic front vices that slide transversely on the work surface
Automatic feeder with maximum 520 mm stroke, mounted on a floating plate to aid feeding of non-linear material
Feeder movement on hardened guides for repeatability and smooth travel

Automatic feeding of the material COMET ALU 350 CNC is equipped with an integrated feed carriage (single stroke 520mm) for automatic advancement of the aterial. The carriage has an electronic motor with encoder for maximum precision of movement and positioning. The feed carriage vice has an opening of 200mm, a single minimum stroke of 15mm and min. scrap end of 355mm.
