Automatic numerical control circular saw COMET ALU 350 CNC 90° is a professional production machine developed to cut aluminium, light and non-ferrous materials with high precision and accuracy. Suitable for cutting tubes and full sections, with fast, repeatable automatic cycling for production work.
This 90° version is designed to cut only at 0° and to minimize waste with a reduced final scrap end. The machine is available in two versions: feeder with piston transmission, or feeder with belt transmission.

Standard Features:
Reduced Scrap End COMET ALU 350 CNC 90° version is designed and optimized for 90° cutting and to reduce scrap-end to 35mm.
Frontal Vices COMET ALU machines have two pneumatic front vices that slide transversely on the work surface
Touch Screen Display Through the 7-inch touch screen display (with simple and intuitive graphics to optimize the user-experience it is possible to set and control all the machine parameters. The interface allows you to set up cutting projects with different quantities and lengths on the same bar and visualize any errors during the cutting process
Automatic feeding of the material Integrated automatic feeder moved by electric motor with inverter; the transmission in provided by belt with encoder, rack and pignon. Single maximum stroke 550 mm, minimum scrap-end 30mm. It's available with this version also the longer feeder with 1200mm stroke. Belt version has reduced speed compared to the previous, but it's more functional for users who need to cut many different cutting lengths on the same bar.
