materials with high precision and accuracy. Suitable for cutting tubes and full sections, with fast, repeatable automatic cycling for production work.
Cutting range: up to 45° left (semi-automatic cycle), 45° right, and up to 45° inclined to the vertical for compound cuts.
Cast iron monobloc cutting head to minimise vibration and improve finish.
PLC managed functions via an easy-to-use control panel with self-diagnosis for error detection.
Electronic control for setting cutting start, trim cut and cut lengths.
Manual cutting length positioner with digital reading.
Pneumatic feeder with 200 mm opening; maximum single stroke 500 mm; minimum single stroke 4 mm.
Up to 99,999 pieces and up to 29 feeder strokes selectable from the control panel.
Automatic stop system at 0°, 15°, 30° and 45° left and right, plus additional locking handwheel for any other angle.
Two sliding pneumatic front vices (quick action) moving transversely on the work surface.
Mist spray blade lubrication as standard (option for micro mist systems).

Control Panel All functions of the saw are manageable through PLC, extremely easy to use and complete with self-diagnosis for error detection. The machine is equipped with electronic control for setting the start cutting, the cut and cutting lengths of the bar.
Manual positioning COMET ALU 350 A is equipped with a manual cutting length positioner with digital reading.
