TMJ PP 602 Bandsaw
BAND SAW WITH COLUMN GUIDES
The TMJ PP 602 is a semi-automatic, electrohydraulic, double column band saw machine for metal dedicated to straight cuts. Its extremely rigid machine stand and saw arm strength ensure long life and exceptional accuracy. The two-column, solid steel construction forms a closed frame, ensuring perfect rigidity.

SAW ARM |
Travels up and down by means of a hydraulic cylinder; its piston rod is formed by a chrome-plated guiding column. Its upper position can be adjusted based on the height of material to be cut. |

SAW BLADE |
Smooth run of the saw blade is ensured by two heavily-dimensioned guideways with guide rollers and carbide blocks. Movable guide arm of the saw blade can be adjusted to the width of the material, resulting in precision and cleaner cuts. Proper tensioning of the saw blade is regulated by adjusting spindle and Belleville springs. |

CONTROL OF RUN |
Feeding speed of the saw arm towards the material is realised through a throttle valve. Saw blade pressure into the cut is controlled by an automatic valve (derived from cutting resistance), which regulates feeding speed into the cut by solid material to conform to cutting conditions set and to prevent overloading of the saw blade. In case of saw blade breakage, the machine stops automatically. |

OPERATION |
Eccentric roller for lifting the material while feeding it in vice. Repeated cuts can be set on mechanical back stop up to 1000 mm. |
