Compared with alternative removal methods such as wire EDM, milling or grinding, the bandsaw method offers significantly lower operating costs, faster throughput and minimal material waste. 
 
Precision Bandsaw for Additive Manufacturing 
This single purpose two column precision bandsaw guarantees fast and accurate separation of 3D printed parts from the print board.

The printing plate can be secured using two different clamping methods.

Build plates can be fixed using standard threaded mounting holes.

Interchangeable inserts allow different thread sizes: M5, M6, M8 
 
These inserts are replaceable, allowing quick maintenance if threads become damaged. 
 
Quick Clamping System

Extraction box 
The extraction box helps to remove dust and sawdust from the cutting area. The extraction is divided into two branches. The connection hole for the powerful extraction has a diameter of 50 mm. 
 
This accessory cannot be combined with the accessories: Saw blade cooling and Powered brush 
Handling table 
The table allows easy handling of heavy printing plates between the 3D printer and the saw. The electric drive ensures the adjustment of the table height. 
Mist lubrication 
It creates an oil mist that is injected into the cutting area. It replaces the use of classic cooling emulsion, especially when cutting profile materials, where liquid leaks outside the machine can occur. It is also possible to use ecological oils. 
Saw blade cooling 
Cooling the saw blade extends the life of the blade, removes sawdust and contributes to a higher cut quality. The cooling pump starts together with the saw blade. The amount of emulsion is dosed by a valve on the guide blocks. The emulsion returns to the system via a waste container.
