The machine OPUS 1250 TM is manufactured from heavy gauge steel plate, arc
welded and stress relieved.
The blade is assembled across three wheels, two fixed and one sliding for tensioning
purposes.
Cast Iron table is supported by a linear roller guide way on prismatic guide rail, with
high load capacity. INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT
Table mounted on precision linear guidance system
Blade door interlocks
Digital read-out for band speed
Hydraulic tank of 60 litre capacity
Electrical cabinet waterproof IP 55 with Telemecanique relays and low voltage controls
Emergency machine stops as: door open, low coolant level, blade breakage or motor
overload
