Semi automatic, hydraulic bandsawi machine, for cutting of solids, tubes and profiles
in steel, cast-iron as well as light and non-ferrous metals up to 360mm for rounds and
500 x 360 in rectangles at 90? (0?). Extremely rigid machine base and sawbow strength
ensures long life and exceptional accuracy. Solid steel twin-column construction forms
a closed frame, ensuring perfect rigidity. Swivelling sawbow allows mitre cuts up to
45 degrees

Machine Base : Rigid steel construction, hydraulic aggregate, coolant pump/tank and
removable swarf box within base.
Saw Frame : Steel construction, the up-and-down motion of the saw frame is
operated through a hydraulic cylinder, the piston rod of which is formed by chromeplated
guiding columns. Upper position of the saw frame can be adjusted according to
thickness of the material to be cut. The Saw Frame is inclined at the angle of 3?
relative to vice loading surface which is especially advantageous when cutting profiled
material.
Blade Guides : Smooth operation of the saw band is ensured by two amply
dimensionded guideways over guide rollers and carbide guide blocks. Correct tension
of the blade is regulated by an adjusting spindle and Belleville washers. In case of
blade breakage, the machine will stop automatically. The blade brush cleans the blade
gullets to maintain maximum performance and blade life.
Feed Control : Continuous feed control is controlled through a throttle valve. The saw
band cutting pressure is controlled by a valve, preventing overloading the band and
thus increasing its life span.
