HIGH OIL  EXTREME PRESSURE SEMI SYNTHETIC COOLANT

DESCRIPTION

EP 5000 is a semi synthetic, biocide protected, water soluble cutting fluid. It forms
a very stable micro fine emulsion even with high hardness water and incorporates
extreme pressure compounds.

EP 5000 is free from nitrate, phenol, cresols, sulphur compounds and silicones
and possesses excellent inhibition against ferrous corrosion.

EP 5000 is suitable to use for the machining and sawing of all ferrous metals,
including cast iron. It is non-staining on most cuprous and aluminium metals.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

Machining:

EP 5000 is a versatile coolant. Its balance of EP and high oil properties make
it a fluid which can machine stainless and high tensile materials at high speeds
or under lower speeds or under lower high pressure regimes.

Sawing:

Advanced EP properties make EP 5000 the correct choice for band, segmental
and circular saws.
